Our team works diligently to arrange transportation, accommodations, and other logistics well in advance—many of which are non-refundable once confirmed. Additionally, we reserve expert guides and trusted partners exclusively for your tour, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Cancellation Policy – JewelTours Japan
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- A full refund (minus a standard administration fee of $100 per booking) is available for cancellations made 28 days or more before the tour start date.
- A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made 14–27 days prior to the tour start date.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date.
- Non-refundable third-party costs (e.g., certain hotel, transportation, or attraction tickets) may not be eligible for refund, depending on their policies.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), JewelTours Japan will offer a credit or partial refund at its discretion.
- For significant reductions in group size, tour costs may be adjusted accordingly.
